Meet Sean Steimle, CEO of Dekko
In his new role, Sean will oversee overall company strategy and operations, building on Dekko’s mission to create stunning spaces through lightweight concrete cladding and fire pits.
Sean Steimle brings over two decades of experience leading high-performance teams across manufacturing, sales, and strategic growth. Under his leadership, HPC has launched several industry-first technologies—including the HPC Fire One App, Augmented Reality tools, 3D installation instructions, and patented innovations like the Torpedo Burner, Universal Gas Orifice, and Smart Arc ignition. With Dekko now part of the team, Sean is focused on scaling production, expanding into new markets, and strengthening HPC’s footprint across North America.

As Vice President General Manager, Chad will lead Dekko’s efforts to strengthen relationships with distributors, designers, architects, and end customers.
Chad Ewing brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, brand development, and channel expansion. With a sharp focus on customer engagement and dealer partnerships, Chad has been instrumental in driving HPC’s market share through innovative go-to-market strategies and industry-leading sales programs. He will play a key role in integrating Dekko into the HPC ecosystem, expanding distribution, and delivering even greater value to our customers and partners across the continent.
